This deceptively spacious beach house is tucked away down a narrow lane just 100 paces from the sandy beach and sea in this delightful, very popular fishing village. Detached and all on one level, the cottage has been completely refurbished to a very high standard. The owners have decorated and furnished the property in elegant blonde colours, with smart vertical blinds, delightful bedrooms all with many attractive touches, and have succeeded in making this charming property a most stylish and inviting place to stay. The raised and railed deck on the garden side of the house is an added bonus for al-fresco meals and enjoys glimpses of the sea.
Accommodation
Front door from parking area into spacious kitchen/diner. This very smart room, with a laminate floor, is beautifully equipped with a fine range of units, electric ceramic hob and oven, integrated fridge and freezer, built-in microwave, washer/dryer and wall mounted TV. An extending dining table seats up to 8 at one end of the room. Door into delightful lounge with two comfy sofas, chair, open fire set in stone hearth, TV/DVD and CD stereo system. Extra portable TV for videos only. Sliding patio doors lead onto superb sun deck. From the dining area a door leads to the bedrooms, all beautifully presented with mirrored wardrobes and elegant light fittings. Double bedroom with 6ft 6in super king bed and patio doors onto the deck. Smaller double room with another pretty wrought iron bedstead (4ft 6in). Twin room with 2ft 6in beds that clip together for a large double and en-suite shower room with electric shower, basin and WC. Extra 'Z' bed for a child is provided. Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower attachment, basin and WC. Further separate WC and basin.
Outside: The approach is along a narrow private access road. Raised, railed sun deck has table and 6 chairs, open tread wooden steps down to the level garden with pretty border shrubs and a path around the side of the house to the parking area.

Travel cot, high chair and towels may be hired from THC.
Central heating (electric) end September to Spring Bank Holiday £30 per week. Coal supplied for open fire (this has a back boiler and will heat the radiators).
