Originally one of the barns of Easton Farm and thought to originate in the late 1700's, this property was latterly part of a racing stables. Recently converted, the cottage is adjacent to Easton Court and a working farm and is set in a beautiful rural location just 3 miles from the South Hams coastline and sandy beaches. The property is furnished, decorated and equipped to a very high standard.

Accommodation
A short flight of steps lead to the front door. The light and airy living room, which is partially divided from the kitchen, is comfortably furnished and has polished slate floor, curved wall and woodburner set in a brick hearth and doors to the patio. TV with video/DVD. The very well fitted and equipped kitchen has an electric hob and built-under oven, integral fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and part glazed door to patio. A fitted bench and chairs provide seating around the dining table. Oak stairs lead from the living room to two double bedrooms, one overlooking the court-yard and the other with rural views and both with fitted pine cupboards, 4ft 6in beds and en-suite shower rooms with shower cubicle, basin and WC.

Outside: A patio area is accessed from the kitchen and borders the courtyard of Easton Court, a good spot for an evening drink. A further small area of garden is alongside the lane.
