Toad Hall Cottages

Set amidst beautiful countryside, the village lane meanders through Jacobstow, past classic thatched cottages with pretty gardens and the magnificent mostly 15th century church with its' splendid Norman Font.
These three cottages originally formed part of the Estate of the Rectory itself and are located at the end of their own drive/lane in this pretty little village. They are ideally suited to those who are looking for peace and quiet, yet all the beautiful areas and the numerous tourist destinations of the North Cornish coast are not too far away to explore . This is a very tranquil area and the cottages are, to our knowledge the only holiday properties in this little known West Country village, with a population of approximately a mere 400. For those with children there are swings and a slide in the garden along with tables/benches where one can sit and enjoy the tranquillity of this serene spot.
A welcome pack is provided with a bottle of wine, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits.

Glebe Cottage
Three storey accommodation:
A spacious cottage with an open plan living room with sitting area having 3 good sized settees, wide-screen, flat panel "Freeview" TV and DVD player. Dining area with table and seating for nine and a well fitted and equipped kitchen area with halogen hob, built under oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Stairs up to landing off which there are 2 double bedrooms both with a 4ft 6in bed. Single bedroom with 3ft bed. Bathroom with bath with hand shower over, basin and WC. Further staircase up to a spacious attic dormatory room with four single 3ft beds.

Kirkullen - Rose Cottage

Outside: The shared open garden is laid to lawn with gravel pathways and there are individual unfenced grassed areas to the front of each cottage. Picnic bench tables with umbrellas are provided and for small children there are two swings and a slide. Parking in gravelled driveway.

Duvets, pillows, bedlinen, ( notowels), cot, and highchair provided and £10 worth of electricity included.
Night storage heating and remainder of electricity is £1 coin slotmetered.
Shared laundry with washing machine and tumbledryer.
