The cottage is furnished in a contemporary style with an open fireplace and a good-sized totally enclosed garden. This is a lovely haven and a peaceful rural spot within walking distance of one of the best beaches and pub in the South West, ideal not only for summertime families but also short breaks in the less busy seasons. Accommodation:
The front door opens into the hallway with a wooden floor that continues throughout the ground floor. Attractive, spacious sitting room with TV/video/DVD player, leather sofas and a large open fireplace with slate hearth and oak lintel. Separate kitchen dining room with fully fitted kitchen including stainless steel appliances. There is an electric oven with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer and combined washing machine and tumble dryer. The pine dining table seats 6. The downstairs bathroom is fully fitted with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ist floor: One double bedroom with a pretty 5ft bed with beautiful views over the gardens. The second bedroom has two 3ft twin beds with pretty iron bedsteads. The bunk room has a set of 3ft bunk beds. Shower room with an oversized shower tray and a good pressurised shower, WC and basin.

Outside: Enclosed rear courtyard off the kitchen with table, chairs and barbecue. A path around the side of the cottage leads to the well fenced and gated front lawn making the whole outside space safe and secure for children.
