Highclere is a detached house, set above the popular village of Slapton with marvellous views across rolling countryside to the sea. This bright, spacious and comfortable family house, recently totally renovated, enjoys a large level garden that leads down to a children's play area, and also has the advantage of ample off road parking, something of a premium in Slapton.

Front door into porch and hallway. Door into a splendid open plan living room and kitchen with seating facing the patio doors that open to the terrace and make the most of the lovely views. TV/video/DVD. The kitchen area is newly fitted with white units and has a built-in electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dining table to seat 6. A door from the kitchen area opens to a conservatory with seating and access to the garden. Separate dining/games room with large picture window. On the ground floor is a large double bedroom with 5ft bed with an adjoining tiled bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Stairs from the hallway to the landing. Outside: The property is approached up its own private drive. To the rear of the house is an area of lawn with path around the house to the front terrace with steps down to the large lawned garden with a barbecue area and garden furniture. A grassy bank at the boundary divides it from the lower garden, which is arranged as a children's play area. There are further adjoining paddocks beyond that are used for grazing sheep.
