The beautiful River Avon with many lovely wooded walks is a few minutes walk away, or simply enjoy a glass of wine from the secluded summerhouse that commands wonderful views over the countryside. From gravelled driveway through stable door into entrance hall with open tread oak stairs to lobby area with desk and telephone and on into spacious, most attractive comfortably furnished living room with big picture windows, electric period style stove, two sofas, TV with Sky, DVD, music centre, and large antique pine table to seat 4. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer, food processor and dishwasher. (Access available to laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer). Inner hallway with level access to the outside and door to bedroom with 5ft bed, antique pine furniture and window to the small private garden and fields beyond. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC.
Outside: Reached by a private drive to the rear of the owners' lovely home to own parking area. Direct access via a gate to a small very private garden area equipped with table, chairs and barbecue. This is a real suntrap during the afternoon and evening. A grass pathway winds up fairly steeply past a newly planted small vineyard to a delightful summer house with a drinks chiller for the chilled fizzy!
