In one direction are sandy beaches, coves, rocky cliffs and the South West coastal path, whilst in the other, the tree lined Kingsbridge estuary that meanders down to the sailing mecca of Salcombe and on to the golden sands of Thurlestone and Bantham further west. Outside: The rear of the house faces over an enclosed inner garden with paved paths, lawns and a deep central pond with goldfish. Fabulous gothic arches and a gate separate this area from the lower garden, which has level lawns, pretty statues tucked in corners, a summer house, plenty of garden and pool furniture. The pool, surrounded by paving and provided with a pool cover is solar heated, 32ft x 16ft with a 3ft shallow end running down to an 8ft 6in deep end and diving board. Note: All children will need supervision in this area.
