Inglenook Cottage is an attractive, 18th century, terraced property set in a prominent position in the quaint, Devonshire village of Langtree. A charming cottage, recently refurbished to provide comfortable and attractive accommodation for young families, walkers and couples. The cottage has easy access to the Tarka Trail, one of Devon's best walking and cycling trails, RHS Garden Rosemoor, 65 acres of enchanting formal and informal gardens and the North Devon and Cornish coastline, with its sweeping beaches at Westward Ho!, Bude and Widemouth Bay. This makes an excellent base from which to explore the beautiful, scenic landscape of this part of Devon or slightly further afield, slip into Cornwall for the day. Tea, coffee and milk provided on arrival.

Accommodation
Entrance lobby. Cosy living room with beams, 2 two-seater sofas, large inglenook fireplace with multi-fuel woodburner and old bread oven to one side, flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD. Table and chairs. Half step into modern fitted kitchen with worktops on three sides, built in electric oven, ceramic hob, cooker hood, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer and plenty of cupboards. Stairs from living room to landing. Double bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed and bunk bedroom with 3ft bunk beds. Both bedrooms have recessed windows to the front. Bathroom with roll top bath, hand held shower, heated towel rail, airing cupboard, basin and WC.

Outside: A small, enclosed garden with patio, picnic bench and barbecue is approximately 20 yards from the cottage, adjoining the side of a chapel, quiet position with occasional choir practice! At the rear of the cottage is the Langtree Playing Field with climbing frame, slide, swings, junior football pitch and picnic benches.
