Jasmine Cottage is a completely refurbished, sweet little stone cottage being one of a row of six built in 1834. It is situated in a quiet, elevated position above the village and overlooking the medieval church with views over the beautiful surrounding countryside and you can just spy the sea from the garden. A most comfortable cottage, it is attractively furnished and decorated by its artistic owner and provides a charming, cosy place to return to after a busy day either walking the coastal path or enjoying the rock pools and sandy beach at South Milton Sands, just a mile down the road. With easy access to the sailing centre of Salcombe, market town of Kingsbridge and many pretty Devonshire villages, it is a truly wonderful spot to holiday from.

Accommodation:
Small conservatory style hall area with Lloyd loom chairs, a rug and archway into the living room. This attractive, cheerful room has a flagstone floor with rugs, a feature stone fireplace inset with a multi-fuel burner, a sofa (that converts to a 4ft sofa-bed), cane chair, pine dining table to seat 6, radio/CD player and flat screen TV with DVD. The kitchen area has a good range of shaker style units, electric cooker and microwave. Back door to rear part covered passage/walkway, shared by all 6 cottages. Separate utility room/shed with washing machine, tumble dryer and WC.
Winding stairs to the landing. Very pretty double bedroom with fresh chintz soft furnishings, painted floor with rug, 4ft 6in bed, built-in cupboard and views across the garden to the church. Bathroom with bath, over-bath electric shower, basin and WC.

Outside: Long, narrow south facing enclosed garden with table and chairs. The garden is divided from the cottage by a walk-way which is shared between, and is access to, all the cottages in the row.

Heating (night store) and electric radiators from end September to Spring Bank Holiday £20 per week.
