Enjoying an unrivalled position in the coastal village of Beesands, within an area of outstanding natural beauty, Kimberley Cottage offers surprisingly spacious 3 storey accomodation. Originally a fisherman's cottage, it has since been sympathetically modernised to provide a home of charm, warmth and character. Its position on the beach front and on the Devon coastal path makes it an ideal choice for people seeking a beach holiday, or for those who appreciate the peace and tranquility that Beesands offers. However this village which still clings to its fishing traditions is only 8 miles from Kingsbridge with its Leisure Centre and wide range of shops.
Accommodation
Small entrance hall. Sitting room with open fireplace housing wood-burning stove, comfortable furniture. Kitchen/diner with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer, dining area with table and chairs, fireplace housing original Lidstone range (not in use). Rear lobby with door to garden and door to WC with basin, washing machine and tumble dryer. Stairs from hall to first floor, all with attractive original wood panelled walls and floors with natural fibre flooring. One double bedroom with 5ft bed and second bedroom with two 3ft single beds, both rooms with original wooden floors and natural fibre rugs. Bathroom with bath (shower over), basin and WC. Convector heater. Second floor: Lovely attic room with beams and exposed stone walls. Velux windows, two high quality double futon beds and armchairs. TV and video.
Outside: Small enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue.

Bed linen, towels may be hired from THC.
Heating in all rooms October to Spring Bank Holiday (earlier or later if required) £20 standard charge.
