Lakeview Lodge is a privately owned, Scandinavian style, red cedar lodge standing in a prime position. Set amongst a group of other lodges within 114 acres of parkland and its own 18 hole golf course, the lodge has magnificent panoramic views over lakes, open countryside and forest woodlands. Set within this peaceful and picturesque setting, the lodges are an ideal base from which to explore the North Devon Heritage coast. Within a short scenic drive are miles of sandy beaches, surfing at Bude and Westward Ho!, the picturesque fishing village of Clovelly and historic port and antiques centre of Bideford.

Accommodation
Decked steps to the front door and into a reception entrance hall. The whole interior of the Lodge is attractive wood panelling with recessed spotlights, large windows and glass sliding doors from the living and dining areas on to a decked surround. Door into open plan kitchen, living and dining room. The living room has two 3 seater sofas, TV/DVD/video, CD player and fantastic views across the lakes and rolling countryside. Dining area with table and seating for six, two small arm chairs. Kitchen with worktops to 3 sides, electric hob and built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer. To the other side of the Lodge there is a double bedroom with 5ft bed and fitted wardrobe, a twin bedroom with two 3ft beds, wardrobe and en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC. A second twin bedroom with 3ft beds and wardrobe, views out to the lakes and a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC.

Outside: The Lodge, sited amongst similar lodges, has the advantage of being on the edge of the group with a grass area that slopes gently down to the lakes. Decking, with a table, chairs, barbecue stand and sun loungers, is alongside the living and dining areas.
