A minute's walk from Little Mill is a well stocked farm shop with an excellent range of local produce and a delicatessen. There are plenty of pubs/ restaurants nearby, making this is an excellent spot to enjoy and absorb the out-standing natural beauty of the South Hams.

From a gravelled courtyard, entrance through French doors into open plan living room with large 2 seater sofa, easy chair, TV/DVD/CD player and electric, 'solid fuel burner' effect heater. Kitchen area with breakfast bar, stools, plenty of cupboards and worktop space with inset hob, built in oven, fridge, microwave and washer/dryer. Good sized double bedroom with 4ft 6in pine bed. Shower room with power shower, basin, WC and full length windows onto courtyard.

Outside: Adjacent to the end of the building is an elevated, sunny terrace with garden table, chairs, parasol and barbecue.
