Mariners is tucked in a quiet corner attached to the house, is very private, all on one level, recently fitted and equipped to the highest level of quality and comfort. It has its own private courtyard area. This is a really superb property from which to enjoy the coastline and beaches of the South Hams, the Coastal path, Slapton Ley nature reserve, with excellent bird watching opportunities, and the remarkable Salcombe estuary.

In the sitting area are two large sofas (one a 4ft 6in sofa-bed), wide screen TV with video/DVD/CD player and French window to the patio. The dining area has a handsome oak dining table to seat 6 and the superb kitchen area is beautifully fitted with very high quality equipment including a Rangemaster 5 ring ceramic hob, double oven and grill, integral washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and French window to the patio. Inner hall with hooks for coats and storage cupboards. Double bedroom with 5ft bed and en-suite shower room with corner shower, basin and WC. Twin bedroom with 3ft beds. Family bathroom with bath with centred taps, thermo shower over, basin and WC.
