Toad Hall Cottages

Oak Cottage and May Cottage are a pair of delightful semi-detached cottages that were converted from a stone barn and are situated in a very pretty rural valley one third of a mile from the village of Malborough linked to the village by way of a foot/cycle path. Salcombe is 1.5 miles away and South Sands (sandy) is two miles. Guests have use of the outdoor solar heated swimming pool situated within the grounds. While staying, say "hello" to the resident herd of Shetland ponies.

Accommodation
The cottages, both very similar in design, overlook the garden and countryside. The open-plan living rooms are divided by a breakfast bar into sitting and kitchen areas, two 2 seater sofas, door to garden, Freeview digital TV and DVD player. The fitted kitchen area has a gas hob, electric built under oven, microwave and fridge with small freezer compartment. Spacious understairs cupboard with washing machine. Upstairs: One double bedroom, one twin bedroom (plus put-u-up bed), bathroom with bath (shower over), basin and WC.
Outside: Shared gardens with level lawn and play area. Swimming pool (available between Spring Bank Holiday & September) enclosed by 5ft fence, with sheltered sun bathing area with sun loungers, tables and chairs. Lovely views can be enjoyed from here down the valley to the sea beyond. There is an adjoining games room. Ample parking space for cars and boats. Garden dining table and chairs with gas barbecues.
