Mill Cottage is a delightful, south facing, period cottage situated on the edge of the village opposite the tidal creek at South Pool. This perfect picture postcard Devonshire village with its pretty thatched cottages, hanging baskets, and atmospheric pub that serves good food, is popular with sailing and boating enthusiasts as it provides easy access to the Salcombe Estuary. There is a slipway from which dinghies and small boats may be launched at high tide and the sandy beaches of Millbay and Sunny Cove are a short drive away. The cottage has lovely unspoilt views down the estuary, has a warmly welcoming atmosphere and is comfortably furnished and well-equipped.

Accommodation
Front door to inner lobby. South facing, spacious sitting room with creek views and feature fireplace with woodburner, TV/video/DVD, comfortable sofas and chairs. Fitted kitchen/dining room with electric hob, built-in electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and dining table to seat 6. Door to tiled conservatory area with washer/dryer and second fridge. Adjoining WC with butler's sink. Patio doors to the garden. Stairs from the sitting room to three pretty cottage bedrooms. Spacious double bedroom (5ft bed) with estuary views and en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC. Further double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed. Children's bedroom with 2ft 6in bunks. Bathroom with panelled bath, electric shower over, basin and WC. Guests also have free use of the WiFi Broadband.
Outside: Small enclosed rear garden with lawn and shrubs. Small enclosed front garden on either side of the porch, a perfect place for a drink on a sunny evening. Garden furniture and barbecue.
