As its name suggests Millstream Cottage faces the millstream that runs through the enchanting traditional country town of Dulverton. This comfortable 18th century end of terrace cottage is tucked away down tiny Chapel Street, which separates the cottage from the stream and within 100 yards becomes a country lane leading to fields and footpaths along the river. The fascinating small town shops, sports and leisure facilities, teashops and inns of Dulverton, which sits in the wooded foothills of Exmoor, are within easy walking distance, and it is quite normal to bring your trolley from the supermarket to the front door!
Accommodation
Hall. Homely sitting room with open fireplace set in stone hearth, sofa bed (for one), armchairs, TV and sideboard. Dual aspect windows overlook the lane and the courtyard. Dining room with table and seating for five. Archway through to kitchen with fitted cupboards, electric cooker, small fridge with freezer box, microwave and washing machine. Back door access to the rear. Pretty pastel downstairs bathroom with bath, shower over, basin in vanity unit, wall fan heater and WC. Open balustrade carpeted stairs lead to landing with wardrobe. Attractive double bedroom (4ft 6in bed) with coordinated flowered curtains and covers and window overlooking the mill stream. Dual aspect pretty sunny twin bedroom (3ft beds).
Outside: Back door gives access to a tiny yard overlooking a neighbour's garden, with walkway to the side of the property to a sitting out area with garden furniture and gate to the lane.
Note. This cottage may be suitable for persons with walking disabilities with the one level facilities of downstairs bathroom, sofa bed in the sitting room, and wide doors.

Duvets, blankets, pillows, bed linen, towels, stair gate & high chair included. Cot can be provided by prior arrangement.
Metered electricity. Logs can be purchased locally.
Central heating (LPG) from end September to Spring Bank Holiday £20 per week.
Pets: One small clean dog to be kept downstairs. Pet charge £20 per pet per week.
Parking: There is no parking at the cottage (apart from unloading) but there is easy on road parking within 100 yards & use of an adjacent church car park can be negotiated after arrival.
