Morwenna is a fabulous, spacious, bright and extremely comfortable detached house set in a totally unspoilt area of outstanding natural beauty in the hamlet of Welcombe close to the coast on the Devon/Cornwall border. Recently extended and refurbished with new wood floors throughout the ground floor and carpeted upstairs, this is an outstanding property with everything one could need in a very high quality, home from home. Set in beautiful landscaped, enclosed gardens of approximately an acre, with lovely views across the fields and hills to the sea beyond, Morwenna is situated on the outskirts of Welcombe, a small village in a scattered farming community with accessible beaches and beautiful cliff and valley walks.

Front door into attractive conservatory comfortably furnished with cane furniture and door into the hallway. Lovely sitting room with comfortable sofa and chairs, an open fire, TV with video, DVD and a piano. Most attractive living/dining room with a pine table to seat 8 and comfortable seating that faces the double French doors that open to the terrace and garden. Stunning new kitchen with double French doors to the terrace, Rayburn (not normally available for use in summer months), smart cream fitted units, electric ceramic hob, integral electric oven and microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and breakfast area. Adjacent utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and extra fridge with ice box. Boot room with rear door access and off which is a cloakroom with power shower, basin and WC.
Upstairs: Two double bedrooms, both with zip linked beds making either a 6ft double or two 3ft twin beds. One twin bedroom with 3ft beds. One single bedroom (3ft bed). New family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Separate shower room with power shower, basin and WC.

Outside: A gated gravel driveway leads to the side of the property and the beautiful enclosed gardens extend from the paved sun terrace, which is provided with garden furniture.
