Only a mile from the beautiful, totally unspoilt, Lannacombe beach and tucked down winding lanes in a peaceful Devon valley, Oak End is in the middle of a terrace of three barns that have recently been converted to a very high standard and are set in the tiny hamlet of South Allington. The property is very spacious, light and bright with many interesting features and good quality furniture and fittings. Terracotta tiles and polished wood floors with attractive rugs create a welcoming atmosphere, a treat to return to after an energetic day walking the coastal path (1 mile), or making sand castles and enjoying the rock pools at Lannacombe!

Accommodation
Front door into tiled hallway with feature stone walls. Roomy sitting room with sofas, chair, TV and video, feature fireplace (not operative) and French door to the garden. Very well equipped and fitted kitchen/diner with a range of wood units, electric hob, built-in double oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and dining table to seat 6. Cloakroom off the hallway with shower cubicle, heated towel rail, basin and WC. Carpeted stairs to panelled landing. Very spacious master bedroom with 5ft pine bed. Two twin bedrooms both with 3ft pine beds. All the bedrooms have pine bedroom furniture, polished wood floors and rugs. Family bathroom with bath, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Outside: The barn faces over its own private garden, which is screened with attractive willow fences and has a lawn and raised flower beds planted with shrubs and young trees. In front of the property is a paved terrace with table, chairs and barbecue. A walkway runs across the end of the garden and provides access to one other property.
