This is a sweet little end-of-terrace Victorian stone cottage situated in a quiet lane in the heart of the picturesque and ancient village of Slapton. Only half a mile from the shingle beach at Slapton Sands and the National Nature Reserve and freshwater lakes of Slapton Ley. This is an excellent area for walking with many footpaths and the South West coastal path nearby. Pine Cottage is a very prettily and comfortably furnished cottage and is just a pleasant stroll away from two good pubs and the local village shop.

Accommodation: The front door opens directly into a most attractive carpeted living room with 2 sofas, TV, DVD/video and open fireplace. A games box provides a selection of videos, puzzles and boardgames. The room extends on into the kitchen/diner with dining table to seat 4, CD stereo system, electric cooker, microwave, fridge and door to rear of the cottage and a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and WC. Open tread stairs from the living room (toddlers need to take care) to the landing. Double bedroom with 4ft 6in pine bedstead and curtained hanging recess. Small bunk bedroom with full size 3ft bunk beds and small wardrobe. Bathroom with pitched pine ceiling, bath, shower attachment, basin and WC.

Outside: At the front of the cottage, through a wrought iron gate, is an enclosed paved courtyard area with bench and tubs of flowers, perfect for sitting out on a sunny afternoon (also access to 3 further cottages). To the rear of the cottage is a walkway providing access to the other properties (rarely used).
