Separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Open tread stairs to the landing and a lovely spacious sitting room, well furnished with sofas and chairs, TV with DVD/video/CD player, plenty of books and games and double doors that open to the patio. On the ground floor are two bedrooms, a double room with 5ft wrought iron bedstead and a further bedroom with large range of fitted cupboards, patio door to the front terrace and twin beds. Shower room with rose head shower, basin and WC. Spacious master bedroom on first floor with handsome 5ft bed and en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC. Twin bedroom with 3ft beds. Family bathroom with bath, hand-held shower attachment, basin, WC.

Outside: Enclosed gravel driveway at the front of the property. Paved and private sun terrace supplied with table and chairs. There is an enclosed level lawn behind the house, beyond which a steep mown path leads up the hill through newly planted saplings to a large field at the top of the hill, a total of nearly 3 acres. A stream runs down the hill to a deep unfenced pond and under a bridge (toddlers will need supervision). There is a table tennis table in the shed. The property is reached down a half mile unmade track.
