Here you can curl up with a good book in front of the fire in the spacious, most attractive beamed sitting room, enjoy a glass of wine on one of the garden terraces or take pleasure in a brisk walk down to the beach where you can join the Heritage coastal path, a gateway to hundreds of miles of walking in a remarkable landscape. This cottage is not to be missed, ideal for a family in the summer or a romantic hideaway for two in the less busy times of the year.

Steps up to the front door that leads directly into the most attractive beamed sitting room featuring an inglenook fireplace inset with wood burner, comfortable sofas, a pretty window seat, Sky TV with DVD and door to the garden. Steps down to a small, pretty kitchen, well fitted with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge with ice compartment. Pine dresser and small dining table to seat 4. From the sitting room carpeted spiral stairs to the landing (care needs to be taken here). Off the stairs is the bathroom with bath, basin, WC and separate shower cubicle with electric shower. Cosy twin bedroom with 3ft beds. Most attractive double bedroom with canopied 5ft bed, fitted cupboards, TV with DVD and views up the garden.

Outside: To the rear of the cottage is a delightful terraced cottage garden with two secluded seating areas. The top garden enjoys country views and barbecue (supplied) may only be used in this area. From here a gate leads to a parking bay for two cars.
