Accommodation
Steps down to the front door. Hallway with cloak hooks. Gallery walkway to the sitting room comfortably furnished with 2 large sofas (one a 4ft 4in sofa-bed), TV with DVD and wonderful views. Carpeted stairs lead down to a spacious kitchen/diner on the lower ground floor. The kitchen is smart, very well fitted and equipped and includes a touch control ceramic hob, built-under double oven, larder fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The dining area features a wood burner and large dining table with benches to seat 8. Double glazed doors open to the deck area and garden. On this level there is a shower room with shower, basin and WC and a separate utility room with washing machine and fridge/freezer.
Stairs from the hallway to the first floor bedrooms. Pretty double room with 4ft 6in wrought iron bedstead, ornamental Victorian fireplace, fitted cupboards and great views. Bunk bedroom with full size 3ft bunks, fitted cupboard and aspects to the front of the property. Steep stairs to the top floor and the master bedroom. This room has a 4ft 8in bed, fitted cupboard and features quite breathtaking views from the French windows and small balcony across the surrounding countryside and over the Dart. Adjacent, very contemporary smart bathroom, with natural limestone tiles, superb walk-in shower, basin, WC and bath with central taps.

Outside: Immediately adjacent to the cottage is private parking for two cars. From the dining area doors open to a spacious enclosed railed deck area provided with teak table, chairs, parasol and barbecue. A lockable gate leads down from here to a further deck area - great for sunbathing, and further steps lead on down to a garden area with shrubs and flowers.

Shops, P/O, pubs, Royal Dart Yacht Club and ferries to Dartmouth 5 minutes walk down, 10 minutes back!
