Tucked in the centre of the village, this charming period terraced cottage, is one of a row of ten former papermill cottages that are set well back from the village street. The cottage is charmingly and thoughtfully decorated and furnished, very much a home from home property and benefits from a pretty garden that falls in gentle terraces down to the River Wash that meanders through the village to join the Dart at the Creek.

Entrance hall. Most attractive sitting room with polished wood floor, two cream sofas, a pretty open fireplace, wide screen TV with DVD/video and CD player. Double doors open into charming tiled kitchen/diner warmed by an unusual continental multi fuel burner and with a dining table to seat 6. The kitchen has fitted pine units, ceramic electric hob, built-under double oven, microwave, larder fridge and French doors to the rear patio. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Cloakroom with basin and WC. Stairs to spacious landing. Two double bedrooms both with 4ft 6in beds and pine furniture. Bathroom with bath, separate electric shower, basin and WC.

Outside: Delightful terraced garden that slopes down to the (unfenced) river's edge and is divided from the cottage by the shared driveway that runs in front of the row. To the rear of the cottage is a patio area with table, chairs and patio heater. (There is a shared right of way across the rear of the cottages). Steps from here lead up to a very pretty private terrace with more garden furniture, barbecue, tubs and pots.
