Toad Hall Cottages

This charming cottage nestles in the tiny, rural and peaceful hamlet of Easton just a mile from the tidal Avon estuary, with wonderful walks along wooded river banks, and 2.5 miles from the gorgeous sandy beaches at Bigbury on Sea. One of a group of converted barns (the only holiday property) the cottage, which is all on one level, has been tastefully decorated and furnished and is a really comfortable haven, ideal for beach holidays in summer and in the low and mid seasons for walkers and country lovers alike.

Accommodation:
Front door into hallway. Double glazed doors open into an attractive living room with wood laminate floor, comfortable leather sofa and chairs, electric fire set in a wood surround, flat screen TV/DVD and dining table to seat four. A large window allows plenty of light and looks over a neighbouring garden. Archway into a smart, well fitted and equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric built-under oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. In the hallway is an alcove housing a washing machine and tumble dryer. Pretty double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and curtained hanging space. Twin bedroom with 2ft 6in twin beds that can be zip linked to form a double. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC.

Outside:
The cottage is reached by a walkway that leads to a garden gate. This access is shared by one other cottage. A private path leads up a few steps to a screened patio area immediately alongside the front door. A small sloping garden area at the rear of the cottage overlooks the communal driveway and parking area.

Central heating (LPG gas) from end September to Spring Bank Holiday £25 per week.

Pets: One small dog welcome in low and mid season only. Pet charge £20 per pet per week.
