Springlands is situated in a wonderful position along a little used lane, within walking distance of the beach, shops, pubs and restaurants, yet is in a lovely quiet, rural position with fabulous sea, lake and country views from almost all the rooms. What more does one need on holiday? This detached, spacious comfortable, 1970's style family home, set in the centre of its own large garden is extremely light and airy and has some antique furniture and an enormous amount of good, home from home equipment and effects.

Spacious hall. Triple aspect, attractively furnished drawing room with fabulous views, TV/DVD, fireplace housing electric fire and French windows to patio and garden. Dual aspect dining room with table and chairs. Kitchen with fitted cupboards, electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Adjoining small rear lobby with door to garden. Downstairs bathroom with bath and basin. Separate WC. Staircase up from hall to landing with stairgate at the top. Dual aspect Master bedroom with double 4ft 6in bed. Twin bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds. Further small bedroom with single bed and pullout single bed. Upstairs bathroom with bath, shower over and basin. Separate WC.
Outside: Approximately two thirds of an acre of unfenced gardens, from which there are beautiful views and comprises a terrace with garden furniture, partly semi-terraced areas with lawns and flower-beds.
Note: Supervision of small children and dogs is required as there is an unfenced drop to the road.

Duvets, pillows, cot, high chair, summer electricity & central heating included.
Central heating (oil) from end of August to Spring Bank Holiday £25 a week.
Bed linen, towels may be hired from THC.
Pets: Maximum of 2,£50 security deposit. Pet charge £20 per pet per week.
