Tucked away in a secluded and private position at the back of Stanters Quillet, an elegant town house opposite Duncombe Park, in the market town of Kingsbridge and a short walk from the town centre. Kingsbridge boasts an excellent selection of shops, restaurants and pubs, an outdoor market and Sports and Leisure Centre with large indoor pool, squash courts and gym. At the nearby quayside you can hop on a ferry that will take you on a relaxing cruise around the creeks or follow the estuary all the way to Salcombe. From Kingsbridge you are spoilt for choice of places to visit, little hamlets and villages scattered across the surrounding countryside or take the beautiful scenic coastal road to neighbouring Dartmouth, famous for its sailing and naval history. Perhaps more importantly for some are the fantastic cliffs and golden beaches that make this part of the South Hams such a perfect holiday destination.

Door into shared entrance lobby. The reversed living layout has been designed to make the upstairs one large open plan studio room with polished pitch pine flooring from end to end, full length windows overlooking the garden and a high vaulted roof space with exposed timbers and skylights above the kitchen. At one end is the living area with a two seater sofa, a colourful selection of 'egg' and swivel chairs, decorative plants and imaginative lighting. Widescreen TV with Freeview/DVD/video and a CD/stereo system that can be relayed to every room. White oval dining table with seating for 4. At the other end is a well equipped, designer, fitted kitchen with black fronted units, free standing black fridge/freezer, breakfast bar with chrome bar stools, gas hob and built in oven, microwave and washing machine. Downstairs, a light and airy double bedroom with 4ft.6in. bed and fitted wardrobe. Luxurious bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC.
Outside: A door from the entrance lobby opens to the rear of the property onto an enclosed paved area with small circular patio table and two chairs. A gate leads into an enclosed garden, which is for the use of guests. The garden has a fine collection of terraced flowerbeds, trees and shrubs, a gas barbecue, garden table, sunshade, seat and chairs. Open path from the garden leads to the parking area.
