Steepfield has outstanding views across the beautiful Avon estuary towards the open sea and Burgh Island with the glorious sandy stretches of Bantham beach, rocky pools and lovely wooded banks of the river Avon all within easy walking distance and just waiting to be explored. This spacious ground and first floor apartment with superb balcony forms the major part of a substantial detached house, the owners occasionally in residence in the other part. With lots of space, fully carpeted and comfortably furnished, just a few paces from the well known Sloop Inn with its excellent restaurant and in the heart of the pretty coastal village of Bantham, this is an ideal spot for all the family.


Accommodation
Private door from parking area to hallway and upstairs to very spacious sitting/dining room furnished with plenty of attractive cane sofas and chairs, contemporary electric flame effect fire, 32in flat screen TV and DVD/video, table to seat 8 and serving hatch through to the kitchen. Two large patio doors open to the extensive balcony with reinforced glass panels allowing gorgeous uninterrupted views. Fitted kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Spacious double bedroom with fitted cupboards and vanity unit, twin 3ft zip linked beds, TV and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, WC and two heated towel rails. Twin bedroom with 3ft bed and further single full size pull out bed beneath, fitted cupboard. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, WC and heated towel rail. Further double bedroom with 5ft bed, fitted wardrobes and vanity unit. Lovely double bedroom off the downstairs lobby with twin 3ft zip linked beds, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, WC and heated towel rail. Large patio doors open to the terrace and provides the main access from the apartment to the garden.

Outside: The balcony on the first floor has astroturf flooring and is supplied with gas barbecue, tables and chairs. Attractive, spacious terraced area with picnic table, garden furniture and lawns all overlooking lovely estuary views. The enclosed gardens are shared with the owners when in residence. Access via garden gate to small lane in front of the property.

Duvets, (Single duvets are supplied on the 6ft zip link beds), pillows, cot, high chair, electricity all included.
Bed linen, towels may be hired through THC.
Heating
night storage heating £25 per week, end September to Spring Bank Holiday.
Pets Well behaved dogs welcome. Pet charge £20 per pet per week.
