A handsome dining table to seat up to 10 is alongside the superbly fitted kitchen area with 5 ring gas hob, eye level electric double ovens, integral microwave, fridge and freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher.
Off the living area is a master suite with lobby area and plenty of hanging cupboards and bathroom with double ended bath, central taps, shower over, basin and WC. Steps down to spacious double room (5ft bed), wall mounted TV with DVD and stable door to patio area.
Oak stairs lead down from the living room to a lower hallway with access to an attractive shared courtyard area. Outside: A private gravelled driveway, shared with one other property, leads to the garages, and parking area. A gate opens to the enclosed wide lawns in front of the property with a paved path to the terrace across the front of the house provided with two tables, chairs and barbecue.
