Swinnerton is an end of terrace Regency cottage, tucked in quiet cul-de-sac in the middle of this charming, unspoilt hamlet that is within walking distance of the huge sandy stretches of Bantham and the beautiful Avon estuary. The cottage is perched above a peaceful wooded valley in two thirds of an acre of lovely gardens that tumble down to where a stream meanders on down to the beach. Recently refurbished, the cottage is spacious, very comfortable and ideally situated, close to the coastal path, the beaches and the villages of Bantham and Thurlestone.

Accommodation
Front door into attractive, spacious living room with large open fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating, TV with video, lots of books, dining table to seat 8 and large windows across one wall that overlook the valley. Access to the garden. Small but very well fitted and equipped kitchen with electric hob, combination micowave/double oven and fridge. Utility room with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Freezer in garage. Cloakroom with basin and WC. Stairs to first landing. Double bedroom with kingsize bed, fitted cupboards, TV and sliding patio doors to a balcony with lovely views. Double bedroom (5ft bed) and further twin bedroom with 3ft beds and an en-suite shower and basin. Family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Stairs to top floor and most attractive room under the eaves with lovely views and twin 2ft 6in beds.

Outside: A raised terrace leads off the living room with table, chairs and lovely valley views. A side entrance to the front of the house has a covered walkway and storage for wet gear. Steps down (some steep) through four terraces of garden with flowering shrubs and trees. The final terrace has a small lawn area and a large deep pond with the stream on the garden border.

Parking The property has a large single garage for parking one car. Separate extra parking available through the caretaker.
Beach 1 mile.
Shop (summer only) and pub in Bantham half a mile mile. Thurlestone 1 mile. Kingsbridge approximately 4 miles.
Small children will need to be supervised in the garden.
