Tara is a Colonial style, south facing, detached property, situated almost at the end of a quiet no through road on the edge of Bigbury on Sea. The outlook is quite spectacular with superb views over Bigbury Bay, the famous Burgh Island, Bantham Sands and a particularly glorious stretch of unspoilt sandy beach, just a stone's throw away. The house is a most attractive, welcoming and very comfortable home from home with spacious rooms, delightful co-ordinated furnishings, and stunning sea views from most rooms. With its lovely enclosed garden, general comfort, space and perfect location, for a large family group this house is a must.

Entered from the front parking area to the ground/first floor. Entrance porch. Hall with door to garage. Dual aspect sitting room with comfortable sofas and chairs, TV with Sky Freeview, large patio doors to balcony which runs the entire length of the property, having 8mm thick laminated safety glass panels, enabling one to take full advantage of the views across the beach to the sea, 'Long Stone', the river Avon and Bantham beach. Dining room with tables and seating for 10 and patio doors to the balcony. Adjoining small sun room with door to balcony. Well-equipped fitted kitchen with electric halogen hob, built-in eye level double oven and grill, microwave, large larder fridge and dishwasher. Small utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Small chest freezer located in garage. Rear lobby with door to outside. Small drying room that houses the boiler. Cloakroom and basin. Separate WC. Bunk bedroom (3ft bunks). Twin bedroom with sea views. Stairs up to 1st/2nd floor landing off which there is one double bedroom (5ft bed) with en-suite shower room with extra large shower cubicle, basin and WC. Further double bedroom (5ft bed). Ground floor/basement: Entered from the sun room or garden and totalling 50ft long by 12ft wide, this area is divided into two adjoining rooms. Wonderful carpeted playroom for children, having a TV lounge with plenty of games etc, a table tennis table and pool table.

Outside: Attractive enclosed terraced garden with stone paved patio and covered terrace that runs the entire length of the house. Wide, shallow steps lead down to an area of lawn with flower borders, shrubs and mature apple trees. Garden furniture. Barbecue.
