Toad Hall Cottages

The Lodge is a newly converted, detached, contemporary style property in the grounds of a large country house in the hamlet of Woolston, just half a mile from the main Kingsbridge/Salcombe road, and close to Hope Cove and Thurlestone with its fine beaches and golf course. Neighbouring Salcombe, renowned for wonderful sailing and sandy coves nearby, delightful pubs, shops and restaurants, is a short distance away. The lodge is decorated and finished to a high standard and enjoys views over the south facing gardens and surrounding countryside, ideal for lovely local walks. It's a quiet and beautiful spot, where children can play in the garden while adults relax and unwind. A starter pack of essential items is provided on arrival.

Accommodation:

Front door into hallway through to modern stylish open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. Lounge area with ceramic pebble effect fire, wall mounted flat screen TV above with Sky and DVD player, iPod dock, and two comfortable sofas. Circular dining table to seat 4 and French doors opening out onto a private peaceful patio area with table and chairs. Fitted kitchen with electric hob and oven under, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. Upstairs, delightful master bedroom with 5ft double bed, wonderful countryside views and portable TV. Twin bedroom with 3ft beds. Family bathroom with bath, hand held shower, sink and WC.

Outside:

Shared driveway to the front of the property with private parking area. Private patio with table, chairs and barbecue and private large lawned garden with children's slide and swings.

Note: There is a small pond in part of the owner's garden so young children should be supervised.

Duvets, pillows, bed linen, towels (please bring own beach towels) and summer electricity included. High chair, cot, stair gate available on request.

Heating, electric heaters. Winter heating and electricity from end September to Spring Bank Holiday £25 per week.

Pets: Yes by prior arrangement with owner. Pet charge £20 per pet per week.

Telephone: Mobile reception variable. Owners telephone next door maybe used in an emergency.

Security Deposit: £100 paid to owner on arrival.
