Overlooking and tucked down a quiet leafy lane on the outskirts of the village is this charming, cosy end of terrace 18th century cottage, situated a short distance from the Kingsbridge to Salcombe road that provides quick access to all that is best in the South Hams, with good sandy beaches, rocky cliffs and wonderful walks all within a short distance. Valley Cottage is small, simply furnished, comfortable and welcoming and provides an excellent base from which to explore the area.

Accommodation:
A railed ramp leads up from the lane to the front door that opens directly into the sitting room. Comfortably furnished with a small sofa, 2 chairs, window seat, TV/ video/DVD, CD/
stereo, and with wood burner set in a feature stone hearth. Curtained archway into small dining area with pine table and built-in padded seating for 6. Door to fully fitted pine kitchen with tiled floor, electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, access to rear lobby for boots and coats, tumble dryer and door to garden. Carpeted stairs to small landing. Double bedroom with 5ft. bed, fitted cupboards, radio and small TV. Bunk bedroom with full size 3ft bunks, fitted cupboard, radio/casette player and window seat. Small single child's bedroom (2ft 6in bed). Bathroom with bath, electric shower over, basin and WC.

Outside: A few steps up from the ramp to the garden gate leads to the raised, enclosed garden area with country views through trees to neighbouring fields. A terrace has a large table, 8 chairs and Weber barbecue and there is a small lawn with garden bench.

Towels and cot may be hired from THC.
Heating (night storage), electricity end Sept. to Spring Bank Holiday £25 per week.
