This superb, quite outstanding family house is situated in a very quiet road on a private and exclusive residential estate in Thurlestone, only a few minutes' walk to the beach. The village stores, Thurlestone Hotel, The Village Inn and the golf course are all within easy walking distance. There are spectacular views from all the south-facing windows of the coastline and surrounding countryside. This property is furnished to a high standard and includes double glazing.

Bedroom 3 has twin beds with fitted wardrobe and dressing table. (The beds can be pushed together). Bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Separate WC with hand basin. Bedroom 4 is a single room with 3ft bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 5 is a single room with 3ft bed with wardrobe, dressing table, wash basin in vanity unit. (Bedrooms 4 and 5 have a shared window incorporated in the connecting wall).

Outside: The quite magnificent gardens, which are beautifully maintained, consist of large lawns at the back and front of the house, with shrubberies, flowerbeds and a pergola walk which is edged with shrubs and fuchsias. The gardens are fenced around the perimeter. Beautiful views can be enjoyed from the sun terrace with a barbecue area and built in barbecue.
