Nestling in the centre of the village at the head of South Pool creek, 200 meters from The Millbrook Inn (as seen in The Telegraph Top 50 Country Pubs 2008), Willowbank has a large garden with a sun terrace and orchard, balcony and off road parking. It offers superb, high quality accommodation, and has two fully fitted kitchens, two reception rooms and three bath/shower rooms. It is an ideal venue for shared holidays or for the demands of a large family. The house has double glazing, central heating and a wood burner, which makes it ideal for both winter and summer breaks. A Canadian canoe is available for use on the estuary.

Accommodation:
The entrance hallway is accessed by steps from the gravelled car park into hallway with coat hooks and shoe rack, stairs down to the lower floor. Glazed door into delightful south facing, open plan, spacious living room with dual aspect French doors leading to the decked railed balcony (with table & chairs) and views of the creek and village. Wood burner on a slate hearth, comfortable large sofa and chairs, wide screen TV with Freeview, DVD, radio/CD player and board games. Large extending dining table adjacent to an arch through to a kitchen equipped and fitted to a high standard. Rangemaster with electric hob, griddle, double oven and grill, microwave, integral dishwasher, freezer and two large fridges, large toaster and sandwich maker.
Master double bedroom with 5ft bed, en-suite shower room with power shower, basin in vanity unit and WC. Attractive second double bedroom with 5ft bed with fitted wardrobes - ample hanging space. Charming children's bedroom with 3ft bunk beds and fitted wardrobe & shelves, selection of toys, games and books. Good sized bathroom with bath, separate large power shower, basin, WC, heated towel rail and airing cupboard/drying room housing washer/ dryer. On the ground floor there is a second modern fitted kitchen, with wood laminate floor, breakfast bar, ceramic hob, electric double oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and fridge with freezer comp-artment. There are two further well appointed bedrooms, a twin bedroom with 3ft beds and fitted cupboards. Double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed, fitted cupboards. Large bathroom with bath, shower attachment, heated towel rail, basin and WC. Double glazed doors into a conservatory living room with tiled floor with sofas, chairs, TV with DVD/video and radio/CD player. Dining table to seat 4. This area enjoys all round views of the well-stocked garden. French doors open to a beautiful, private sun terrace with single step to car park.

Outside:
High stone walls flank the entrance to the gravelled forecourt, where there is ample parking for 5 cars. Private sun terrace with large palms, which create a Mediterranean ambience area in front of the conservatory, with wooden garden furniture to seat 6/8. Barbecue provided. The garden extends around the side of the house sloping up to a terraced orchard, with garden furniture from which there are lovely views of the village and creek.
