Set on a quiet estate at the top of the hill, with some lovely countryside views, this bungalow provides spacious accommodation, yet is still within easy reach of the local pub and shops. It has the other major advantage of having parking directly outside and pets are welcome. The bungalow itself is comfortably if simply furnished, has gas central heating and a private rear patio area, on which to relax.

Accommodation
Level access from the parking area to the front porch and on into the hallway. The spacious carpeted lounge has an open fireplace, two sofas, side tables and a sideboard with TV, DVD, Video and Music system. Archway into well equipped kitchen/diner with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Small dining area with table and four chairs plus two more folding chairs. Recently refurbished bathroom with modern suite comprising bath with shower over, hand basin and WC. Well proportioned twin bedroom with two 3' single beds and fitted wardrobes. Large double bedroom with 4'6" double bed.

Outside: A door from the kitchen gives access to a rear porch, ideal for storing holiday bric-a-brac, which opens out to the rear patio. This area is child secure, has a garden table and bench, (there are two folding chairs in the kitchen which can be used on the patio, but not left out), and is planted with a variety of mature shrubs. At the front of the property is an area of lawn and a low wall separating the garden from the pavement.
