If you like the hustle and bustle of Looe, but prefer to be away from it at times, then Amber will prove ideal. Set on a quiet estate at the top of the hill, with some lovely countryside views, this bungalow provides spacious accommodation , yet is still within easy reach of the local pub and shops. It has the other major advantage of having parking directly outside and pets are welcome. The bungalow itself is comfortably if simply furnished, has gas central heating and has a private rear patio area on which to relax. A leisurely 15 minute walk will bring you down into the picturesque harbour of Looe, with its host of diversions including some excellent pubs, restaurants and shops. The beach is easily accessible as are the many beautiful wooded and coastal walks that can be found in this area. Amber also provides an excellent base from which to explore the many attractions Cornwall has to offer.

Accommodation: Level access from the parking area to the front porch and on into the hallway . The spacious carpeted lounge has an open fireplace, two sofas, side tables and a sideboard with TV, DVD, Video and Music system . Archway into well equipped kitchen/diner with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Small dining area with table and four chairs plus two more folding chairs. Newly refitted bathroom with modern suite comprising bath with shower over, hand basin and WC. Well proportioned twin bedroom with two 3' single beds and fitted wardrobes. Large double bedroom with 4'6" double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Outside: A door from the kitchen gives access to a rear porch, ideal for storing holiday bric-a-brac, which opens out to the rear patio. This area is child secure, has a garden table and bench, (there are two folding chairs in the kitchen which can be used on the patio, but not left out), and is planted with a variety of mature shrubs. At the front of the property is an area of lawn and a low wall separating the garden from the pavement.

Pets: One well mannered pet welcome. Pet charge: £25.00 per pet.
Parking area within 25 yards or directly outside if available.

Beach: 15 minutes walk. Other south coast beaches are easily accessible by car.
Shops, Post Office, Pubs and Restaurants, all in Looe.
Polperro 4 miles. Plymouth, 23 miles.
