The cottage is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. It is a perfect bolt hole for discerning guests looking for quality, beautiful countryside, all types of seaside experiences, sailing, golf, walking, exploring, good food, relaxation and just crashing out!

Accommodation:
Spacious entrance hall. Delightful, fully carpeted living room combining sitting and dining areas. The sitting area has comfortable sofas and chairs, a good selection of games and books, large flat screen TV, stereo hi-fi/CD system, DVD player, attractive pictures and prints and fireplace with a wood burning stove. The dining area has a pine table seating 6. Bright, well fitted and equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, electric hob, built-in oven, dishwasher, microwave, wall mounted foldaway breakfast table with stools and stable door to garden. Beyond the kitchen is the shower room with fully tiled shower, basin and WC. From the 1st floor landing is a dual aspect bedroom with views over Thurlestone Bay, a double 5ft bed, attractive pine furniture and clock radio. The second bedroom overlooks the village street and has twin 3ft beds, built-in wardrobe, TV and clock radio. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin in vanity unit and WC. A staircase rises from the landing to the third bedroom . This light bedroom, with lovely views across Thurlestone Bay to Bolt Tail, has twin 3ft beds, basin, TV and clock radio.

Outside: At the rear of the property is a courtyard beyond which is a small, secluded, enclosed garden, a real suntrap, with table, chairs and barbecue. Shared pedestrian access across the courtyard to two other cottages. An outhouse houses boiler, sink and washer/dryer and provides space for drying wet suits etc.

Included: Bed linen, tea towels, travel cot, table seat for baby, electricity and initial supply of logs. Honesty box for extra supplies. Towels may be hired from an independent hire company - details from Toad Hall Cottages.
