Bay Tree Cottage is a very pretty thatched, classic cottage dating back to the 17th century situated in the centre of the village, a short walk from the village shop and the pub, with the beach being fifteen minutes' walk away. This picture postcard, light and spacious cottage retains an abundance of character throughout with low ceilings and exposed beams in some rooms. The garden, which is surprisingly large, is almost completely secluded and is a sheer delight.

Small entrance hall. Lovely home from home sitting/dining room with open fire, comfortable sofas and chairs, TV, CD player, refectory table and chairs. Fully fitted kitchen with electric hob, built under oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer. Adjoining breakfast area with table and chairs, picture window and door to garden. Cloakroom with WC and basin. Upstairs: One double bedroom (5ft bed) with en-suite bathroom with bath (shower attachment), basin and WC. One twin bedroom (3ft beds) with en-suite bathroom with bath, basin and WC. One bunk bedroom (3ft bunks suitable for children only).

Outside: Delightful enclosed L shaped garden with garden furniture. 
 
Included: Duvets, pillows, travel cot and high chair.
Bed linen and towels may be able to be hired from an independent hire company - details from Toad Hall Cottages. 
Central heating (oil) & electricity £10 summer, end September to Spring Bank Holiday £15 per week.
Pets: One well behaved dog by arrangement only.  Pet charge £25 per pet per week.
Parking: Private driveway (with shared pedestrian access) for two cars beside the cottage – small width cars only, as the space is narrow. One parking  space reserved at Council car park (200 yds).
