We defy you to find a property with more breathtaking views than Beach Belle. Recently refurbished, the reverse level house has a Mediterranean feel and sits near the edge of a gentle slope that falls away to the beach. Each room has fantastic views of the Cornish coastline and all the reception rooms open onto a large balcony, ideal for lazing in the sun or al fresco dining. The lower level contains the bedrooms, each of which opens into a wonderful conservatory running the width of the house, which provides a restful room in which to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or watch the ever changing moods of the sea. Outside, a neat garden and patio area, ideal for evening drinks and barbeques whilst watching the sunset further complement this wonderful property.

basin and WC. The master bedroom has a 4'6" double bed and an en-suite shower room with shower, hand basin and WC, and TV with freeview . Twin bedroom with two 3' single beds. Family bathroom with bath, hand basin and WC. All the bedrooms have sliding patio doors that open into the conservatory / sun room that runs the width of the house. This extensively glazed room is furnished with cane furniture as well as table and chairs and from here guests can walk down to the garden.
Outside: A good sized area of lawn, bordered with shrubs, conifers and Torbay Palms with a lovely patio area overlooking the sea. To the side of the house a paved area with seating and clothes line.

PLEASE NOTE - Although the garden is enclosed please supervise children as there is a steep slope from the garden to the beach.
