This lovely 18th century cottage, beautifully furnished and presented is set back just a few yards from the sandy beach at East Looe, the Banjo Pier and a short stroll from all the amenities of this bustling seaside fishing port. Located in a sunny position the cottage has spacious reception rooms with many period features retained, three good sized bedrooms with a master en-suite, gas central heating as well as the benefit of an allocated parking space 25 yards from the property.   Beach Cottage is a great holiday destination, offering superior accommodation in a beautiful area that provides plenty to keep the family entertained.

Accommodation
Covered porch opens into hallway with door into a light and airy lounge, recently refurbished with a feature fireplace, stripped pine floor with rugs, two sofas and a 28” TV, Video and Sky digital. The modern kitchen/diner is comprehensively equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and washing machine/tumble dryer. The dining area has a table and seating for 6. Stairs up to the first floor with a well proportioned double bedroom with 5ft bed, wardrobe and drawer space with an en-suite comprising shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. The first twin bedroom is at the front of the property and has two 2ft 6in beds with the smaller twin bedroom at the rear with two 2ft 6in beds. The family shower room has a shower cubicle, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Outside: A small area to the front of the property with bench seat to soak up the sun and the atmosphere.

 
Included: Bed linen and towels (guests must provide their own beach towels), summer electricity.
Central Heating
(gas) from end September to Spring Bank Holiday £15 per week.
Security deposit: £50.
Pets By arrangement with owners.  (Pets restricted to the downstairs area only) Pet Charge: £25.00 per pet per week
Parking  Reserved parking space for one car almost opposite in seafront car park.

Beach 50 yards.Other South and North Coast beaches are easily accessible by car.
Shops, Post Office, Pubs and Restaurants all in Looe.  Polperro 4 miles.
