With direct access to the South West coastal path at Bolt Tail and miles of splendid and varied scenery to be enjoyed along this rugged coastline.

Double glazed doors open from here to the conservatory diner with table to seat up to 8 and access to the rear courtyard. The kitchen is small, but well fitted and equipped with ceramic hob, built-under oven, microwave, larder fridge and dishwasher. The washing machine and a further fridge/freezer is located in the adjacent garage.
