With direct access to the South West coastal path at Bolt Tail and miles of splendid and varied scenery to be enjoyed along this rugged coastline.

Accommodation: Steps up to path to front door. Hallway. Smart contemporary style sitting room with two leather sofas and armchair, a fireplace inset with a wood burning stove, wide screen 32" TV with BluRay DVD player. Double glazed doors open from here to the conservatory diner
with table to seat up to 8 and access to the rear courtyard. The kitchen is small, but well fitted and equipped with ceramic hob, built-under oven, microwave, larder fridge and dishwasher. The washing machine and a further fridge/freezer is located in the adjacent laundry room . Two double
bedrooms, both with 5ft beds and handsome oak furniture. Twin bedroom with 3ft beds, TV and oak furniture. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC.

Outside: Alongside the bungalow is a driveway with parking for two cars, plus further parking available on road. A lawn extends across the front of the property with an archway at the side, with wrought iron gate that opens to a raised enclosed paved terrace area and provided with wooden table, chairs, sun loungers and parasol. Steps down to paved walkway at the rear of the bungalow to the garage.
