A perfectly situated self catering holiday flat occupying a unique position with a balcony overlooking the water offering lovely estuary views where you can idle away the time watching the boats as they head down to the beaches at Salcombe and the open sea.  To see more of this beautiful estuary, the River Maid ferry sets off from the quayside a few steps away from your door. The centre of the pretty market town of Kingsbridge is a few minutes stroll away, alive with friendly inns, restaurants and curiosity shops and the Crabshell Inn, the only waterside pub in Kingsbridge is just along the quay and well worth a visit.  The flat is furnished in a simple and functional manner, located over a working boathouse and is adjacent to a small traditional boatyard and Kingsbridge/Salcombe passenger ferry dock.  The flat also has boat mooring facilities for boats up to 22ft (available at additional cost, ask for details).

Twin bedroom with two 2ft 6in beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers.  Family bathroom, bath with shower over, hand basin and WC.
