Comfortably furnished and well equipped the cottage is tucked in the centre of Frogmore village that has a good pub and shop/home bakery, is well situated in the heart of the South Hams where there are miles of cliff walks around Start Point, golden sandy coves and beaches close by, bird watching at Slapton Ley National Nature Reserve, horse riding and golf all within easy distance. However, you may not want to go far, the beautiful garden, attractive summer house and its gorgeous waterside location will all ensure that Boathouse Cottage keeps you there.

Accommodation: Front door into hallway. Spacious dining room with table to seat 6, a sofa, stereo CD/cassette player and French doors that open to the garden. Arch through to the very well fitted and equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and two stools, cream units, ceramic hob and built-under oven, extractor hood, microwave, washing machine and integral fridge and freezer. Cosy sitting room with two sofas, wood burning stove, TV/DVD/video and views over the garden. Downstairs shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC. Stairs to landing. Double bedroom with fine views across the garden to the creek, pretty ornamental Victorian fireplace, pine furniture and 4ft 6in double bed. Outside: Large beautifully maintained garden is divided into three areas with attractive lawns, shrubs and paths that wind down to the foreshore. A picnic table and charcoal barbecue is provided and there is a feature pond with a small bridge, a charming summerhouse from which to admire the views and a shore side stone terrace with built-in stone benches and balustrade and steps down to the gated foreshore.
