Stable door to hallway with coat hooks and door into the living room. The attractive views can be enjoyed from the window seat where there is a dining table to seat 4. The sitting area backed by a feature oak panelled wall, has plenty of books, flat screen TV with Freeview, a cane sofa and two chairs. The small and well equipped, simple kitchen area has an electric cooker, fridge with ice compartment and microwave. Stairs to the landing and the attractive first floor twin bedroom, a spacious room with wonderful views and two 3ft beds. Adjacent shower room with electric shower, basin and WC. Further stairs to the second floor spacious double bedroom with superb views, a window seat, 4ft 6in bed and flat screen TV with Freeview. This room has an en-suite bathroom with bath, hand shower, basin and WC. 

Included: Bed linen (guests must provide own towels), heating (night storage) and electricity .
Parking:  Garage parking for one car at Fishna Bridge.  Please Note: Transport into the village from the main car park is either by electric tram or your own two feet, the harbour being approximately half a mile away.  Some vehicle access is possible, but not to all parts of the village and is especially difficult during the summer.

Beach:  Polperro beach 10 minutes walk.  Talland beach 1 mile.  Other beaches are easily accessible by car. Shops, Post Office, Pubs and Restaurants, all in Polperro. Looe, with more facilities, 4 miles.  Plymouth, 25 miles.  Truro, 29 miles.
