Tucked away down a quiet lane, surrounded by rolling countryside but just a short distance from the seaside village of Hope Cove, this newly completed thatched barn conversion on the edge of a smallholding offers a high standard of accommodation, tastefully presented and furnished. Arranged in a reverse, level there is a large living area with exposed beams and a feature gas stove and on the lower floor there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Guests can use a footpath which meanders down to the popular village of Hope Cove to visit the Hope and Anchor pub and the two sandy beaches. Alternatively a short drive in the car will take you to the nearby village of Malborough and on to pretty yachting haven of Salcombe, with its wonderful sandy beaches and vibrant town centre boasting a host of inns, cafes and restaurants. All of the beautiful South Hams is easily accessible by car and guests can choose from a variety of activities, be it pottering around the nearby market towns of Kingsbridge and Modbury, visiting historic Dartmouth, trying your hand at a variety of water sports, day tripping to Dartmoor National Park or travelling down to explore Celtic Cornwall.

Glass stairwell divides the lounge from the kitchen diner with the dining area having an extendable table and chairs to seat 6. Modern kitchen with electric induction hob, built in double electric oven, American style fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, microwave, dishwasher and additional breakfast table and 4 c hairs. French doors to rear terrace. Ground floor master bedroom with 6ft 5in superking sized double bed, wardrobe, wall mounted TV and en suite shower room with walk in shower, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. Bunk bedroom with 4ft 6in lower and 3ft upper bunks, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds and chest of drawers. Double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Family bathroom with double ended bath, shower over, pedestal hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Outside: Forecourt with plenty of parking. Rear terrace furnished with garden table, sunshade and chairs. The remainder of the garden is gently sloping and fenced off from the surrounding pastureland.

Heating: Oil fired central heating and gas woodburner effect stove. Winter heating supplement end of September until Spring bank Holiday £30 per week.
