Broome Court is a fine collection of beautifully converted farm buildings grouped around a delightful paved courtyard, bright with abundant flowering shrubs and pots that surround a pretty goldfish pond and tinkling fountain. The property is tucked into a south facing hill, overlooking undulating countryside that is rich in wildlife. A pair of buzzards live in the valley below and often a kestrel roosts in a corner of the courtyard and it is not unusual to see a fox or badger roaming the neighbouring fields. Broome Court is a very peaceful spot, well away from the bustle of everyday life, yet just five minutes drive from the picturesque and historic Port of Dartmouth. The famous Blackpool Sands are a mile to the south of Broome Court and the Dartmouth Golf and Country Club, with 25% discount for Toad Hall Cottages guests off green fees and leisure facilities, a five minute drive away.

The cottages flank one side of the courtyard and are all tastefully and thoughtfully decorated and furnished to a high standard. Guests are able to enjoy the beautiful one acre grounds adjacent to the property. The owners live on the other side of the courtyard and can provide bed and breakfast in their five Diamond accommodation for additional guests by arrangement.
  
Outside: All three cottages face over the pretty shared courtyard, provided with benches. Access through the owner's conservatory to the beautiful one acre grounds that slope down a peaceful valley and enjoy stunning countryside views.

Pooh's Corner Accommodation
This delightful, luxury studio cottage is on the ground floor and overlooks the courtyard. It provides exceptionally stylish accommodation for couples, a perfect bolt-hole to escape to and from which to enjoy this lovely area and may be suitable for those with walking disabilities.

The cottage has a door that opens into a charming room, divided into two distinct areas by a screen. The sitting area is most comfortably furnished with a sofa, chair and TV and the bedroom area has an opulent 4ft 6in double bed. Separate kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with ice compartment and small dining table for 2. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC.

Included: Duvets, pillows, bed linen (not towels) and electricity .
Central heating (gas and night storage) end September to Spring Bank Holiday £15 a week.
Pets: The owners have 'free range' dogs, therefore pets are welcome by prior arrangement only.  Pet charge £25 per pet per week.
