Cart House Barn is bright and smart, features unusual stained glass windows, is comfortably furnished with exposed ceiling beams and laminate flooring throughout, and is tucked in an ideal spot.

Front door into hallway. Attractive living room with a rug, sofa, 3 armchairs, dining table to seat 4, and flat screen TV with DVD player, stereo radio/CD player, books and games. Tiled galley kitchen , well fitted 'shaker' style units and equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, large fridge/freezer. Double bedroom with 5ft bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with bath, hand held shower attachment, basin and WC. Twin bedroom with 3ft beds. Shower room with electric shower, basin and WC. All the beds have attractive cane bedsteads.

Outside: Small area of walled, brick and gravelled courtyard including decking area for garden furniture. There is a barbecue, a herb tub and a bench overlooking the courtyard.

Central heating (gas) end September to Spring Bank Holiday £30 per week.
