Off the hallway is a delightful downstairs twin bedroom with 3ft clip linked beds and an en-suite shower/wet room with basin and WC. From the hallway steps lead up to an attractive 'garden' room with seating, low ceiling beams and large patio doors opening to the rear courtyard. Wide spiral stairs lead to the landing and the newly refurbished and very spacious first floor sitting room. This handsome carpeted room has two generous sofas, a chest, flat screen TV with DVD and a fine fireplace with woodburning stove. On the same level is the family bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Double master bedroom with fine 5ft four poster bed, exposed high ceiling beams and en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC.

Outside: Accessed from the garden room is a rear sunny courtyard with bright painted walls and provided with garden table and chairs where you can relax after a hard day on the beach!
