Situated on the top of a low cliff overlooking the beach with the most amazing coastal views, this much loved family home is an ideal seaside getaway.  If you like the sound of the sea, direct access to a sandy beach, a sunny patio on which to relax and breathtaking views from most rooms as well as a woodburner for those autumn evenings, then Clamberdown can't be beaten.  Large picture windows in the spacious upstairs living area open to let the outside in and the balcony provides a great spot for coffee, a quiet read or somewhere to just marvel at the exceptional view.  The downstairs games room with pool, air hockey table, TV and dart board will keep everyone amused if the weather doesn't behave itself and a sunny conservatory, four comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms complete this fun house. Downderry itself is a pretty village facing the sea with its own restaurants, pub, café and well stocked shop and a short stroll along the shoreline will bring you to the much larger family beach at Seaton with its own beachside café.  Cornwall itself has much to see and do, from the dramatic north coast with its amazing surfing beaches to the many small coves, fishing villages and estuaries of the south coast, long the haunt of smugglers.  The famous Eden Project is well worth a visit and the popular fishing villages of Polperro and Looe are just a few minutes drive away.

Cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer.  Steps down to ground floor. Family shower room with walk in shower, hand basin and WC set in vanity unit, shaver point and heated towel rail.  Games room with TV for DVD's only. Patio doors open onto the front terrace.  Master bedroom with 5ft bed and wrought iron bedstead, armchair with small table and patio doors to garden. Second double bedroom with pine 5ft bed. Single bedroom with 3ft bed. These three bedrooms have wardrobes, beside cabinets, chest of draws and dressing tables. Please note that care should be taken with small children for their safety when the sliding picture windows are open to ensure that they don't climb over the safety rails.
