The accommodation is immaculate and features an extremely light and spacious living area that spans the entire first floor of the building and is furnished and decorated in a very stylish, contemporary yet extremely comfortable fashion. Tucked away in a quiet no through road in the charming waterside village of Newton Ferrers, the cottage is a short walk from the dreamy wooded riverside of the Yealm estuary, a sailing mecca, where the twin villages of Noss Mayo and Newton Ferrers lie opposite each other. A causeway between the two villages can be crossed at low tide giving access to marvellous walking and there are attractive inns on the water's edge in both villages. Escape to the Coach House, enjoy its unique ambience and explore this lovely area.

Accommodation: The front door opens into a small lobby area. Stairs lead up to a brand new black and white kitchen that includes an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment and microwave. The separate, very spacious studio room is decorated with an eclectic mix of contemporary furniture and furnishings, including a smart glass topped dining table that seats four, three cream 2 seater sofas, one a single sofabed ideal for an extra child, and TV with combined DVD/CD. There are beautiful views over the church and beyond to Noss Mayo. Screened in one corner is a lovely 5ft bed with matching white bedroom furniture. Downstairs off the lobby is a shower room with electric shower, hand basin and WC.

Outside: There is a gated walkway (shared with a neighbouring property) that leads around the building to the rear where a private enclosed courtyard is provided with pretty white outdoor furniture.
