This little gem of a cottage is tucked away down a very quiet lane and just a short walk from the attractive shops, pubs, restaurants and wide sandy beach of the seaside town of Minehead. The cottage, 17th Century and Grade II listed, attached on one side, is delightful, very cosy, most attractively and stylishly furnished and features old wooden doors and plenty of original beams. The décor throughout is thoughtful and stylish, 'modern vintage', with rich fabrics, throws, gorgeous crystal chandeliers, all giving a sophisticated yet modern twist creating a most relaxing and charming atmosphere.
If you are looking for a bit of luxury, a hidden retreat, and central to a genteel town's amenities, great scenery, developing a new skill or simply just want to take it easy, then Court Green Cottage and Minehead has something for you. Inspirational and breathtaking landscapes, and a choice of activities from golfing to bowls and windsurfing to walking and horse riding, and plenty of painting opportunities in between if you're an artist or even a budding one, makes Minehead an ideal active break location. The town has always been a firm family favourite, a fantastic family resort, with lots of family friendly attractions that will spark the imagination...In fact there is something a little special here for everyone.

Accommodation:
A stable door opens from the lane into a small hallway with boot rack and coat hooks. Most attractive stone tiled sitting room with two sofas, plump with cushions, a large wicker chair, window seat, flat screen TV with video, DVD, MP3 and CD player and large stone fireplace (not for use). Off the hallway is a study/bedroom with a very comfortable 4ft 6in sofa bed and stereo/CD player. Adjacent bathroom with bath that has a hand shower and shower over, basin and WC. Door from the sitting room into a tiled kitchen/diner with table to seat 6 and low French doors to the garden. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob with built-under oven, fridge/freezer, and adjacent utility room with washing machine, sink, pulley dryer and door to the garden. With a door at the bottom, spiral stairs wind up to the landing. Very pretty double bedroom with TV, fitted wardrobes, beautiful chandelier and wrought iron 4ft 6in bedstead. The second bedroom has a 4ft 6in bed, hanging rail, stereo/DVD player and TV.

Outside: At the rear of the cottage is a quiet, private and enclosed garden with a paved and gravel terrace provided with garden furniture, a level lawn bordered with shrubs and external lighting in the shrubbery for al fresco evening drinks and dining. There is a parking area opposite the cottage for one car across a neighbour's garage.
